Here’s a thought: Metal is the most sympathetic music out there.

I’ve been a “metal” head since high school, and I still support the cause, though I don’t listen to metal that much anymore.

But, while I listened to it in high school, I started noticing patterns in the lyrics and the music itself. 

The music itself is supposed to capture the soul and bring you into a state of numb-mind. What I mean is, you’re supposed to feel angry and listen to metal or hard rock or…whatever (if it’s your thing) because the people behind the speakers can sympathize with what you’re going through.

hear me out. I’ve watched “That Metal Show” quite a few times. One time, they had on a member of a band, I forget which, maybe Slipknot or something…and he wrote a book. This book was sympathising with being bullied and thinking you’re no good. 
I thought that was awesome.

I, for one, know that feeling alone is never a good thing and it doesn’t feel good. What metal does is it takes your mind, stomps on it and says “HEY! FUCKTARD! YOU’RE THE REASON WE MAKE MUSIC! YOU’RE THE REASON THAT WE HAVE JOBS! WE KNOW WHAT IT’S LIKE TO FEEL LIKE THIS! THIS IS HOW WE EXPRESS IT! FEEL THE LOVE AND THE PAIN IT BRINGS US”

Yeah…doesn’t sound sympathetic, but it is. 
I used to love being depressed. I recently got out of that state of mind, but I used to love it without knowing it. When I was depressed, I had power, I felt smarter, I could do anything but smile. Now, I don’t care how I feel, or how others feel. That sounds cold, but…just listen. I used to care about what other people thought of me and how I thought about myself was…unsavory, to say the least.

and that’s my mentality now.
no one’s perfect.

My point with metal is…There are people who know what you’re going through. They know the sadness, they know the anger, they know the feeling of being down and wanting to die. 

But that’s the thing…they’re not dead. They’ve survived it! And so can you!! I have!! 

From me to you, I can say, it gets better if you make it better.

But it is possible. If you’re willing to change yourself for yourself, then you can do anything!! 
Metal has helped me realize what’s wrong with myself and what’s wrong with this world. I know I can’t change any of the world’s problems, but I need to change myself first before I can take on the world.

It’s a learning process and I wanted you to know that. You get better.

“Equal” rights

hello, person of the first world.
How’s your meal? Great!! That’s awesome! Is your car running fine? aww, tell me about it. 
Don’t you just hate when the internet goes out? someone really needs to buy a new router. Can’t record your favorite show because the power’s out, or you won’t be home and your recording device is broken? awwww! That’s sooooo saaaaad! :(((((((- Here, take all of my money.

THESE ARE FIRST WORLD PROBLEMS.
     Same with same-sex marriages. and abortions.
If you support gay marriages, then you also should support the end of abortion. Babies are people too. YOU were once just a sperm and egg. and now, you’re reading a Tumblr post about how wrong America is.

     Speaking of America, our armed forces need help. Do you think that people in the military, who are defending our freedom give two shits about gay marriage? why would they? Our military seems rag-tag to me. Have you seen what they have to eat? seriously? They barely have anything, just like a lot of families in America. 
I’m not going to bore  you with facts, I’m just making statements here. Do you think that gay marriage is going to change anything in America? It’s like adding water to a rock. it’ll evaporate eventually. 
You are following the media if you support “equal” rights. Don’t follow the media. it’s a bad idea. 

We live in a video game society; We always think we can get a second, third, fourth, fifth, millionth chance to do something, when we only get one. That’s why we have abortions, and pot heads. 

If you stand for whatever I’m against in this article, I’m not hating on you. I really am not. I just want you to turn to something more positive. The media is negative. God is positive. and you’ve stopped reading here. 
God can make you happier and give you a better life if you deserve it! God can make anything possible. Though things seem rough right now, and though you may still not be reading this and writing me an angry letter explaining how I “don’t understand” or how I’m being a “dick”
But that’s an evil force controlling you to do that. I’m not saying that it’s religious in any way, but you have to agree that it’s bad.

why else would you get angry? You should be happy that someone out there goes against your opinion for a Greater Good. while you are still fighting for your humanity, I left it at the door and went to the All-True, Almighty the second I entered. and yeah, I may have strayed away a bit, but He never left my sight. 

So, please, think for once, America. THINK
